International Manual Updated for Six Countries

The following changes were recently made to country guides in our International Manual:
- Belgium: Updated information added regarding the distinctions between blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- China: Additional details added on illegal foreign workers, and updated information added on seconded workers.
- Germany: Updated information added on foreign nationals.
- Netherlands: Updated information added on informing and consulting employees.
- Singapore: Additional details added on extended childcare leave.
- Sweden: Additional details added on a new requirement to report postings of employees to Sweden.
